Side Control by ADCC Veteran Bruno Bastos

MMA Fighter and former Strikeforce LH Champion Mo Lawal – “King Mo” – brought Bruno into his training camp and said the following when interviewed in Tatame:
“Bruno (Bastos) is a monster! I’ve tapped out so many times on the trainings that I think I got a hole on my arm (laughs)… He’s helping me a lot on my positioning”, jokes Muhammad.
Bruno recently won the Open Class at Grapplers Quest at UFC 118 in Boston. He is currently head instructor at Octagon MMA in Dallas.
